  • We accept exchanges on items purchased only up to 3 days after the original purchase. 
  • Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition with all original packaging to qualify. 
  • For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer exchange on goods that have been opened or used. 
  • Products on SALE or with a special discount applied cannot be exchange.
  • Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  
  • If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information. 
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
